Looking for something special at auction ? Auctions are a great source of many collectable
items and other hard to track lots. With the advent of the Internet and search engines, all too often, you
track down an item which has already been sold at auction — sometimes only just been sold.
At Auction Rooms Bothwell, we have a solution - our Trackdown Search will help you find
out about an item going through our sales before it is sold.

Our auctions are every Saturday morning
The catalogue for the next auction has not been placed on the web site yet - as soon
as it is, you will be able to view it here.
In the meantime, you can use the menu to see past catalogues
and discover the types of items sold previously

How Does The Trackdown Search Work ?
Using our Trackdown Search is easy. Just follow these instructions :
- Register as a user of the Auction Rooms Bothwell website. You pick a user ID and give us
an e-mail address so we can send your password - we don't require any more personal details.
- Login using your user ID and the password we e-mail to you.
- Run a search for the type of item (or multiple searches if there is more than 1)
you are looking for.
- When the search results are displayed, you just click the 'Store This As An Alert' button.
- Your search is now stored and whenever we upload a new catalogue, you will receive an e-mail alert to tell
you about any lots which match your stored search criteria. Catalogues are typically uploaded 2 days before
an auction and our Trackdown Search sends alerts before our general catalogue is sent out, so you get to
know about items first !
